Bookings

A card may be required to hold your appointment. Prices and availability may change without notice.
Cancellations & No-Shows

Please cancel or reschedule at least [24] hours before your appointment to avoid a fee.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to [100%] of the service price.
Refunds

Service fees are generally non-refundable once a service is performed.

If we determine service quality fell short, we’ll work with you on a reasonable remedy (e.g., adjustment, re-do, or credit at our discretion).
Packages, Prepaids, Gift Cards, Memberships

Non-transferable and not redeemable for cash unless required by law.

Expire according to local law or stated terms.

Missed membership appointments don’t roll over unless stated otherwise.
Products

Unopened retail products may be exchanged within [14] days with receipt. Opened products: exchange/credit at our discretion.
Late Arrival

Arriving late may reduce your service time to avoid impacting the next guest; full fee may still apply.
