Refund Policy

Effective date: January 1, 2025

Bookings

  • A card may be required to hold your appointment. Prices and availability may change without notice.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Please cancel or reschedule at least [24] hours before your appointment to avoid a fee.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to [100%] of the service price.

Refunds

  • Service fees are generally non-refundable once a service is performed.

  • If we determine service quality fell short, we’ll work with you on a reasonable remedy (e.g., adjustment, re-do, or credit at our discretion).

Packages, Prepaids, Gift Cards, Memberships

  • Non-transferable and not redeemable for cash unless required by law.

  • Expire according to local law or stated terms.

  • Missed membership appointments don’t roll over unless stated otherwise.

Products

  • Unopened retail products may be exchanged within [14] days with receipt. Opened products: exchange/credit at our discretion.

Late Arrival

  • Arriving late may reduce your service time to avoid impacting the next guest; full fee may still apply.
